Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it. You must also initiate the return or exchange within 15 days of receiving your order.

Returns & Exchanges Process

  4. Ship the Item: Send the package to the address provided in your return instructions. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the item reaches us safely.
  5. Inspection & Processing: Once we receive your return, our team will inspect the item. If it meets our return criteria, we will process your refund or exchange.

Refund Timeline & Method

Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchange Process
